Our process is designed to be simple, transparent, and fully personalized — from the first message to the final delivery of your garment.
1. Review prices and lead times
Before scheduling your appointment, please review the price list available in the website menu or in our Instagram highlights. There you’ll find the costs and estimated delivery times for each garment.
2. Confirm terms
Once you’re comfortable with the prices and delivery times, you can book your appointment directly through Instagram direct messages.
3. Booking your appointment
Send us a direct message on Instagram, or contact us via WhatsApp or SMS at +56 6409 0838, including the following details:

The type of garment you’d like (for example: suit, shirt, dress, etc.)

Your preferred date or range of days for the appointment
Once we receive your message, we’ll confirm availability and provide you with the available time slots.
4. Appointment and payment
During your appointment, we’ll take your measurements, help you select the right materials and colors, and finalize every design detail. At that point, full payment (100%) is required to begin production.
5. Delivery and guarantee
Your garment will be delivered within the agreed timeframe. If the order is not delivered on time or as promised, you will receive a full refund under our satisfaction guarantee.
